Opera After Talk

February 4 at 17:0019:00

What does it mean for opera performances written centuries ago to be presented to an contemporary audience? How is it tied to the way we consume music, especially opera music?
And how does opera as art work with the idea of the artistic stereotype? 🎭💭

We are thrilled to shed some light on these questions and more in an opera after talk with esteemed soprano Francesca Aspromonte ✨
Renowned as one of the best interpreters of the baroque and classical repertoire, Francesca Aspromonte graduated with honors from Mozarteum Salzburg. Apart from an outstanding performance career as Soprano, she teaches the performance practice and interpretation of the baroque repertoire at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague.

Let´s shed some light on “Historically Informed Performances in Modern Times” and its meaning for art and philosophy on February 4, from 17:00-19:00
